One on one nutritional analysis – 90 minutes
Come with a 3-day food journal (be honest!) and we'll use it to evaluate your starting point and goals. We'll create a plan together that you know you can follow, with realistic benchmarks and timelines. Depending on your needs, a follow-up plan is determined. $110
Follow up sessions – 30-60 minutes
Depending on your individual goals and situation, our follow-up meetings can be at the market, in your home, etc., and address your specific challenges. Learn to shop, cook, read labels, modify recipes, organize your kitchen, whatever it takes for you to succeed. Our goal is to educate you, inspire you and change your expectations of yourself. $40-70
Weekly menu planning – available upon request
