South Bay MOMMY Fit Camp is specially designed for pre-natal and postpartum fitness! Like our other classes, there is a creatvie mix of cardio and full-body strength training, but a strong emphasis on CORE conditioning (using yoga, pilates and C.H.E.K. principles) makes this fit camp a fantastic way to ensure a happy pregnancy and quick recovery!

Infants and toddlers are welcome! Bring a multi-purpose or jogging stroller, and yoga-type mat or beach towel, water, 5-lb dumbbells if you have them and a great attitude!
