MOMMY CLASS (women only)
This class is now open to ALL women, so come on out and join us!
Specially designed for pre-natal and postpartum fitness!
Class meets 9:30-10:30am at Whaley Park on Atherton St. in Long Beach.
Meet us ACROSS THE STREET from the rec center and baseball diamond, near the intersection of Atherton St. & San Anseline. We recommend you park on San Anseline, and look for our South Bay Fit Camp signs (and the cute brunette awaiting your arrival).
Class format consists of 30 min. cardio and full-body strength training, 30 min. focused CORE training (integrating yoga, pilates, C.H.E.K. and other core training techniques), and an optional playdate afterwards. Bring your baby (or pregnant belly), an all-purpose or jogging stroller, a yoga-type mat or beach towel, and lightweight dumbbells if you have them. We'll see you there!
