Is the MOMMY class safe for both pregnant women and new moms?
Absolutely - all our classes are created with your safety in mind. We rely on your communication to show you how to modify exercises for YOUR body, and achieve your goals without the risk of injury. We recommend meeting with one of our instructors for periodic fitness assessments (free of charge) to track your progress and address your individual goals and concerns - call 562-243-2221 to schedule an appointment. Pregnant women may participate throughout their pregnancy
with their physician’s approval. Moms
must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate; 8 weeks postpartum for c-section.
